A group of young professionals in northern New York is putting its money where its mouth is.
The Northern New York Community Foundation is offering $20,000 in grants to community nonprofits in Lawrence, Jefferson, and Lewis counties through its LEAD Impact Grant Program, the Watertown Daily Times reports.
"We know that our local nonprofit organizations care deeply about their communities and the people they serve, which is why the LEAD Council wants to work with them through the Impact Grant Program to help tackle their unique needs," says Council Chair Anna Platz.
Interested parties can apply online through the foundation's portal.
